All restaurants in Connecticut are required to have a certified food protection manager on staff. The ServSafe Manager course will certify you as a Certified Food Protection Manager, formerly known as the QFO.

Exam Proctoring

ServSafe Safe Alcohol Service Training

With an up to 1 hour personalized course review or simply when ready to take the exam: set a convenient time at our chosen location. You will be allowed up to two full hours to complete exam (online or on paper)
